| The following is a little romantic thing that my girlfriend and I wrote together a little over a month ago. As she posted it on facebook about two weeks ago and I haven't updated my xanga site at all this year, I figured it was about time I get my lazy butt in gear and share it as well.
This is a poetic mission
proclamation is for the advancement of the relationship between Nick Bouche and
Maria Felice, who genuinely state their profound love for each other now and in the
future. They affirm this through their great joy in supporting, protecting, and
trusting one another, as they fall in love a little more every day. We testify to the
truth of 1 Corinthians 13, 4-7: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not
envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not
self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does
not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always
trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Loving what we know of the other, and
prepared for what we do not, we understand that obstacles of any size may come.
Together we will rise to meet these obstacles with patience, encouragement, and
comfort, working our way through. We look forward to growing together in love
and knowing each other better in numerous good times of laughter and happiness.
